Has My Paper Been Served?
To check on the status of the process being served call the Civil Division of the Sheriff's Office- 801.743.5779
If you have the docket number assigned to your case and issued by the Sheriff's Office, it will speed up locating the paper you are inquiring about. If you only have the name of the person needing to be served, it does take several minutes for the computer to locate a process by the name, but it can be done.
If you have new information on where to locate the person requiring service, please call the Civil Office or the deputy that has been assigned the paper.
